Diran V. Seropian Senior Partner Diran V. Seropian is a 1982 graduate of Vassar College where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Mr. Seropian obtained his Juris Doctorate degree, Magna Cum Laude, in 1988 from Nova University School of Law in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He was a Nova Law Review Notes and Comments Editor from 1987 to1988, and he authored an article for the Law Review: Note, “A Practitioner’s Guide to Dismissal for Failure to Prosecute Under Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.420(e),” 11 Nova Law Review 873 (1987). He is admitted to The Florida Bar, The Supreme Court of The United States, The U.S. Court Of Appeals For The Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Southern District and Middle District Of Florida. Mr. Seropian has handled over 130 appeals in Various District Courts of Appeal throughout the state of Florida. He has also appeared before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and has argued cases before the Florida Supreme Court. Mr. Seropian's appellate specialization, experience in preservation of error issues, and appellate advocacy skills, bring greater depth to the litigation and appellate practice sections of the firm. Mr. Seropian has concentrated his litigation practice on insurance and commercial litigation, as well as medical and dental malpractice, and the defense of other professionals, including attorneys, architects and engineers, directors and officers, real estate agents and title agents. Mr. Seropian also has broad trial and litigation experience handling general casualty defense including automobile and premises liability actions. He has tried over twenty civil cases to verdict including general personal injury matters, and wrongful death actions, both as first chair and second chair Mr. Seropian is a native of Ft. Lauderdale, and enjoys fishing, tennis and water sports.
